Presentation \Pres`en*ta"tion\, n. [L. praesentatio a showing,
   representation: cf. F. pr['e]sentation.]
   1. The act of presenting, or the state of being presented; a
      setting forth; an offering; bestowal.

            Prayers are sometimes a presentation of mere
